The project manager is responsible for coordinating the supply of all equipment, overseeing the company’s internal services, liaising with contractors, documenting construction and installation work, and ensuring seamless coordination of all project stages with the customer. All specialists within this group have undergone training as per the Project Management Institute (PMI) program, and have the skills necessary to organize the construction of even the most complex energy and technological facilities.
Design:
- The organization of design and survey work (DSW) is carried out in strict accordance with the legislation of Qazaqstan, adhering to current norms and regulations.
Project implementation management:
- Project deadlines - development of a calendar schedule, regular reporting;
- Project budget;
- Resources - organizing the purchase and delivery of equipment and material and technical resources;
- Quality - organization of technical and architectural supervision;
- Project risks - identification and assessment of project risks, development of corrective measures;
- Construction and installation works;
- Commissioning works.
Commissioning:
- Arrangement of the facility commissioning operations, obtaining respective permits.
Organization of operation and maintenance of the facility:
- Organization of efficient operation and maintenance of the facility;
- Provision of warranty and post-warranty service.
