ETS-Astana produces containerized power plants with a high degree of factory readiness. The gas reciprocating power plant is outfitted with cooling systems, noise attenuation equipment, gas manifold, auxiliaries board, explosion-proof switch, fire extinguishing system and other auxiliary engineering systems.
The unified block module is an all-welded metal structure featuring embedded parts and technological holes, specifically designed to house the complete set of equipment required for the operation of the gas reciprocating power plant.
To facilitate transportation, the block module is constructed with dimensions not exceeding 12192 x 3000 x 3000 mm. The block module is partitioned into two compartments: the mechanical and electrical compartments. All doors of the block module open outward and feature “Anti-panic” locks for easy evacuation. The floors are constructed with corrugated metal sheets providing a non-slip “lentil” surface.
The outer surfaces of the corrugated panels and the load-bearing frame of the block module are coated with modern two-component paints and varnishes. Cable entries are incorporated to facilitate the passage of cable lines through the enclosing structures.
The container block is designed to accommodate all power plant systems and includes: the main supporting body; sound insulation of the main load-bearing body; thermal insulation of the main load-bearing body (heat-insulating non-combustible materials of the NG brand are used); internal casing lining; technological and installation openings for installing gas compressor units and auxiliary equipment, as well as installation of fuel supply, oil supply, cooling, ventilation, heating and exhaust gas systems, support and embedded structures for fastening gas compressor units and equipment; entrance doors for service personnel with anti-panic locks; anti-corrosion protective coating of internal cavities, external and internal surfaces.
The block container body consists of a rigid steel support frame, sheathed on the outside with metal sheets. The gap between the inner lining and the outer metal sheets is filled with heat and sound insulating material. The floor is a corrugated steel sheet with a thickness of at least 3 mm. The walls and ceiling are lined with profiled sheets on the inside. The bottom of the container is insulated with mineral wool and covered on both sides with metal sheets, smooth on the outside and corrugated on the inside. On the roof of the unit compartment of the block container there are supports designed for reliable fastening of the equipment (the external part of the exhaust gas removal system, the cooling unit and the cooling system pipelines).
The doors of the block container are sealed. The design and strength of the component parts of the block container ensure its transportation feasibility via road, rail, and river transport.
The cable input/output device is located at the end of the containerized gas reciprocating power plant.
