Commissioning work performed by certified engineers ensures uninterrupted operation of the energy complex throughout the entire period of its life cycle.
ETS-Astana specialists are certified by manufacturing plants to carry out commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service for the world’s major manufacturers of gas and diesel engines.
All specialists undergo annual knowledge testing at manufacturing plants. Based on its results, the service engineer receives permission to perform commissioning, maintenance and repairs over the next year.
The following activities are carried out as part of commissioning work:
- Checking the compliance of installation work with design documentation;
- Setting up the control system and configuring settings;
- Conducting comprehensive 72-hour tests according to the developed program;
- Consulting customer personnel.
Following the completion of the performed tasks, an official document certifying the commencement of commercial operation of the equipment is drafted.
