Distribution of responsibilities under energy services agreements:
THE CUSTOMER
- The agreement term is at least 3-4 years.
- The consumption of the agreed volume of electrical or thermal power within the contractual period shall be guaranteed.
- Leased land for equipment placement shall be provided.
- The supply of fuel gas in the agreed volume shall be ensured.
- Payments under the terms of the energy services agreement shall be effected in a timely manner.

- Generating the agreed-upon volume of electrical/thermal power within the contracted period.

- Industrial and environmental safety.
- Financial responsibility for interruptions in energy supply, prompt response to emergency situations.
- Maintenance of all energy complex equipment and networks.
