Features:
Four valve cylinder head
A centrally positioned, flushed pre-chamber, developed utilizing contemporary computational and simulation techniques in computational fluid dynamics. This guarantees reduced mechanical work costs for gas exchange processes, ensuring efficient and stable combustion and optimal ignition conditions.
Thermal energy recovery
The oil heat exchanger, designed as a two-stage plate heat exchanger, maintains high thermal efficiency even under high temperatures and significant fluctuations in water temperature in the circuit.
Mixture injection
Fuel gas and combustion air are mixed at low pressure before entering the turbocharger. This enables gas to be delivered at low pressure and facilitates the homogenization of the mixture in the turbocharger.
Pre-chamber design
The spark plug ignition energy is augmented within the flushed pre-chamber. Consequently, high efficiency metrics, low NOx levels, and stable, reliable combustion of the gas-air mixture are achieved.
Gas metering valve
Electronic control gas dosing valve with high precision control (optimized for natural gas operation). Rapid response time, precise adjustment of air/gas mixture ratio, and wide control range adaptable to gas calorific value.
