DIA.NE XT4 is an advanced engine management system designed specifically for controlling Jenbacher engines across their 2, 3, 4, 6, and 9 series. It comprises a control module and an information visualization module integrated into a single device. The display visually represents all engine performance indicators obtained from installed sensors.
DIA.NE XT4 is a multifunctional device that combines the following tools, based on a real-time multitasking control system:
- Management, monitoring, and regulation of the operation of the gas reciprocating power plant;
- Visualization of information and its logging;
- Remote connection.
DIA.NE XT4 interface offers navigation keys enabling swift switching between windows. The main window displays a technological diagram along with key operating parameters of the gas reciprocating power plant (GRU) and supplementary equipment. Separate windows are designated for exhibiting electrical parameters by phase, hydraulic system data, gas supply system, and gas exhaust. DIA.NE XT4 provides a comprehensive overview of the engine’s operation, down to individual cylinders. A dedicated window displays the external parameters of the GRPP operation in cogeneration mode.
One can control the GRU even on the road. All that’s required is any portable device connected to the Internet, such as a laptop or tablet, running Windows operating system.
CONVENIENT VISUALIZATION
- DIA.NE XT4 offers two preset interface options: a user-friendly, intuitive interface with a limited set of displayed parameters on the screen, or an expert interface containing all the engine characteristics.
- Automatic generation of daily reports using graphs and charts.
- Built-in modes for monitoring all gas reciprocating power plant equipment on shared displays, including video walls, along with multi-user and multi-display modes, make DIA.NE an ideal platform for establishing a unified control center.

- The interface is adapted for different displays: HMI control panel, computer display, tablet or mobile device.
- Easy change of measurement units on graphs at the user’s request.
- Remote access using a browser-based web application.
- An effective alarm management system combined with analytical charts and graphs for multiple parameters makes engine diagnostics easier.

- The system ensures the highest level of information security through personalized access using a USB key (dongle), which determines the level of access to engine settings.
- Long-term logging of essential information such as sensor readings, messages, and user actions can be customized according to specific requirements.
- Short sampling time - 100 ms.
- The reliable and robust hardware, featuring a multi-core processor and an SSD drive, ensures prolonged and dependable operation without the need for moving fans.
- It is compatible with all major data exchange protocols and supports additional ones like Profinet and Modbus TCP, among others.
