ETS-Astana LLP is introducing a new project implementation format: an energy services agreement.
The energy services agreement offered by ETS-Astana LLP enables your enterprise to access electricity and heat supply from its own mini-CHP without any upfront investment on your part. In the energy services agreement, the supply of electrical and thermal energy is outsourced to our company. Under this arrangement ETS-Astana LLP serves as an alternative energy supplier for your enterprise. The primary economic advantage for your enterprise lies in a fixed discount ranging from 5% to 50% off the network tariff set by your energy supply organization. The precise discount amount is determined based on the specifics of each individual project.
The discount is influenced by the following factors:
- The term of the energy services agreement;
- Consumed electrical and thermal power;
- The operating mode of the energy center;
- The load profile, which encompasses various parameters, including the minimum and maximum load for electricity and heat, the average total consumption per day, month, and year, while also considering seasonality factors;
- The number and power ratings of consumers distributed across energy supply groups, categorized as Group I, II, and III;
- The distance of the proposed location of the gas reciprocating power plant from the power distribution points;
- Remoteness of connection points into the heat and gas systems; the degree of readiness of the site for the placement of power equipment (serves to determine the scope of preparatory and construction work, for example, the construction of an overpass or the implementation of special specifications);
- The need to generate CO2 or other ways to increase the efficiency of equipment loading;
- Transport accessibility of the enterprise, etc.
